10-20 boiled quail eggs

salad mix (arugula, radicchio)
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. mild mustard
4 tbsp . olive oil
1 orange
salt black pepper
small baguette

1 large tomato
2 small cucumbers
Half a medium onion
3 large sweet peppers
70 g lightly salted cheese
2 tbsp. tablespoons lemon juice (or vinegar)
3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
Black pepper
0.5 tsp. Sahara

Bake the peppers on a wire rack until a black crust, put in a bag for a couple of minutes, then peel the film and seeds and cut into large noodles
Peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes. Tomatoes are also cubed.
Cut the onion into half rings and pour two tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice, add half a teaspoon of sugar there. Let stand for a couple of minutes ,
knead Cheese with your hands into pieces, the size of cucumber cubes and pour olive oil, mix,
Now – combine – peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, add squeezed onions and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, in which the onions were marinated, black pepper to taste (I like it spicy, so I add a lot).

Stir, let stand for a few minutes.

Finely chop crab sticks, mushrooms and onion.
Grate cheese and eggs on a coarse grater.
Drain liquid from corn.

We tear off a piece of foil, put meat on it.
Lay the onion rings over the meat.

Wrap in foil and put in the grill or oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees. Then carefully open the foil.

This salad is very tasty! The noble combination of shrimp and avocado makes the taste of this salad so harmonious, and the jelly form gives the salad an appetizing appearance. Such a salad can be prepared both on the festive table, and just when you want shrimp.

a pound of frozen shrimp;
half an avocado;
1 potato;
1 carrot;
sour cream and mayonnaise;
2 eggs;
half a glass of water;
2 tsp gelatin;
salt to taste.

Shrimps are boiled in salted water with peppercorns and bay leaves for 5 minutes. Then they are cooled and cleaned of shells. Prepare gelatin mixture. To do this, first fill the gelatin with half a glass of cold water, wait until it swells. Then it must be put in a water bath and heated while stirring, thus eliminating all lumps and inhomogeneities. Cool the gelatin mixture, mix with sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts. This will be our gelling sauce.

Boil potatoes and carrots until fully cooked, cool and peel. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel them too.

First, boil the chicken breast in salt water with bay leaves and peppercorns, after preparing and washing it. After that, cool the fillet, tear it into fibers;
Thoroughly clean the mushrooms, rinse, remove all forest debris. Chop into large chunks. We heat the pan, add sunflower oil to it and fry the mushrooms;
Peel the onion, rinse, chop into small pieces. We spread it to the mushrooms, mix, then fry everything until cooked;
We will boil the testicles, then cool them, peel them and chop them finely;
Drive hard cheese through a grater to get air chips;
Now let’s assemble our salad. The recipes for this dish can be very different, you can simply mix the treat or fold it in layers. We choose the latter option, so put the mushroom and onion roast on a wide dish, sprinkle it with a little mayonnaise;
Next, lay out a layer of their grated eggs. We also impregnate with dressing;
The third “floor” will be boiled chicken, lay out appetizing pieces, coat the layer with mayonnaise;

  • butter;
  • salt, spices and smoked cheese braid for tying pouches.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Cut the onions and mushrooms into smaller pieces, fry them in butter.
  2. Boil the meat, cut into small pieces. Send to fry.
  3. Add sour cream/mayonnaise to the pan. Salt, add spices. Soak for a couple of minutes.
  4. Rub the cheese.
  5. Spread the stuffing from the pan over the pancakes. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  6. Tie the delicious pouches with strips of smoked cheese.

Before serving, warm the snack in the microwave.

“Mushrooms”

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • cheese and ham – 100 – 150 g each;
  • cherry – 12 – 14 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 – 3 pcs.;
  • fresh herbs – 1 bunch;
  • homemade mayonnaise and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Grind eggs, cheese, ham with a grater. Salt as needed.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mix everything.
  3. Blind from the mass of the legs of “mushrooms”. Set each on a circle of fresh cucumber and put the blanks on a plate covered with chopped herbs.
  4. Make hats from cherry tomatoes and drops of mayonnaise.

Refrigerate and serve to guests.

Roll “Crab”

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread – 2 pcs.;
  • boiled eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • processed and hard cheese – 150 g each;
  • garlic – 5 teeth;
  • greens – 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise, salt.

Cooking:

  1. Boiled eggs, two kinds of cheese and finely rub the garlic. Mix with mayonnaise and chopped herbs. Salt at will.
  2. Divide the resulting filling into two portions.
  3. Spread two pita breads with it in turn. Lay them on top of each other and roll up.

Cool the appetizer, covering it with a film, then cut into portioned pieces.

What salads to prepare for the holiday

Of the salad recipes for the holiday, it is better to choose those that do not have quickly perishable and soaking ingredients. If an appetizer with crackers, then the latter are best served separately with the dish.

With meat and crackers

Ingredients:

  • any boiled meat – half a kilo;
  • Chinese cabbage – half a kilo;
  • cucumbers (fresh) – 4 pcs.;
  • peeled champignons – half a kilo;
  • dry garlic and yesterday’s white bread – for crackers;
  • butter;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • mayonnaise sauce and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse lettuce leaves and arrange them on a beautiful dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, send boiled meat cut into thick strips. Chicken and pork are best suited for such an appetizer.
  3. Send thinly chopped cabbage to the meat.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in oil until light brown.
  5. Then, on the remaining fat, lightly brown the diced yesterday’s bread. Sprinkle with dry garlic as you go.
  6. Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.
  7. Mix all prepared products. Salt. Fill with sauce.

Put them on a plate with lettuce leaves.

“Anthill”

  • chicken fillet – 250 – 280 g;

  • cucumber – 1 pc.;
