  2. Meanwhile, margarine is melted in a container in a convenient way (in the microwave, or on the stove in a bowl, at worst in a pan) and poured into the kefir mixture. A little vegetable oil is also added there.
  3. The flour is sifted and added in portions to the liquid mass and the dough is kneaded. Please note that it should not stick to your hands.
  4. The dough is rolled into a bun, put in a bowl, covered with a towel and sent to a warm place to “approach”. For half an hour.
  5. The risen dough is divided into cakes and small holes are made in them to make donuts.
  6. Pour oil into a heated pan so that the donuts float in it. When the oil is hot, put donuts in it and fry until golden brown.
  7. Put the finished donuts on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

For baking in a pan according to the recipe, take 1/3 cup of sour cream and granulated sugar. You need more flour for this amount – 1.5 cups. You will also need 1 egg and 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. To make the dough crumbly, you need 1 tsp. soda. If not, you can use baking powder:

  1. Place butter and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Separate the yolk from the protein (it can be put in the refrigerator and used in another recipe), add to the mass and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Sugar is added to the mass and mixed. It is preferable to use brown because it is more aromatic and sweeter. But if it is not, you can use white.
  4. Separately, sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix for at least 30 seconds.
  5. Then the liquid is poured into the flour mixture.
  6. Knead the dough, non-sticky to the hands.
  7. Roll the dough into a sausage, 2-3 cm thick.
  8. Cut into circles 1 cm thick. With this thickness, the cookies will bake well.
  9. Fry the cookies in a non-stick frying pan without oil, 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.

It is advisable to serve cookies to the table after waiting a bit, because they resemble cheesecakes when warm.

  5. Combine honey and butter until smooth, and when the nuts and oatmeal are toasted, add dried fruits to the pan, quickly pour in the honey mixture and mix quickly so that everything is combined into a homogeneous mass. Fry for another minute and remove from heat.
  6. Then proceed in two ways. If you want the sweetness to crunch, the mass is laid out on parchment in a thin layer, covered and left to solidify. You can fill molds. But in this case, the delicacy will be soft.

Jalebi: quick and tasty pastries for tea

Tired of the usual baked goods? Then prepare an exotic delicacy – Jalebi. This is an Indian sweet made with semolina, sour cream and flour. “Cookies” are sweet and airy. The finished delicacy is dipped in saffron syrup.

  3. The resulting dough is poured into a confectionery syringe.
  4. In a frying pan, vegetable oil poured in a thick layer is heated (so that the cookies do not touch the bottom), and spirals are squeezed into the oil with a syringe.
  5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Ready-made pastries in a pan are pulled out on a paper towel so that excess fat drains, and immediately dipped in syrup. Beautifully laid out on a platter and served at the table.

If there is no syringe at hand, you can use a ketchup bottle with a spout in the lid, or take a tight bag and make a small hole by cutting off the tip of the corner.
